World Philosophy Day 2023

  • In a world where the apparent and the insignificant seem to have a lot of value, where what is meaningless is praised and where important things are ignored because no one keeps their word, in New Acropolis we joyfully join the celebration of World Philosophy Day. This day, proclaimed by UNESCO, is celebrated on the third Thursday of the month of November. In 2023, under the motto PHILOSOPHY IN ACTION, we want to underline the invaluable value of this discipline in the development of human thought.

  • We are aware that Philosophy promotes the construction of bridges that give us the true dimension of ourselves, and therefore, the knowledge of knowing where we come from, who we are and where we are going. For this reason, the more than five hundred New Acropolis locations organized activities last November that benefited more than 70,000 people around the world. These activities included conferences, micro-talks, congresses, exhibitions, etc., which have contributed to raising awareness that those who develop internally become an invaluable support for all of humanity.
